Tiny Worlds: Brackenhurst Hall

Designed as part of the universities Heritage and Conservation module, XXX is a proposed art installation with the goal of teaching people about the effects of climate change and the importance of our impact. This is achieved using installations which can be easily removed and changed without damaging the existing fabric of the building.

This design took the 'less is more' approach to existing buildings since so much of the existing fabric is in good condition. The existing kitchen space has been the most heavily altered as it is the most modern space of the building, however only a select few walls and damaged floor tiles have been removed.
